Quest MT 501 Installation Speakers
Characterised by exceptional intelligibility, fidelity and power handling, the MT501 demonstrates remarkable performance for such a compact speaker. The multi function MT501 can be utilised as a constant voltage distributed system or constant impedance satellite speaker.
The weather resistant 5” mica cone woofer withstands high power levels and is particularly suited to reproducing vocals and acoustic instrumentation. A 13mm Mylar dome tweeter allows smooth top end propagation and is protected by a cross over/protection network where high signal levels may be present. The compact size of the MT501 makes it particularly suited to both commercial and domestic applications.
Available in black or white and including wall mount accessories, the MT501 is suited to restaurants, bars, paging, home theatre, hotels or any environment from open air to book shelf style installation where speech or music are required.
Quest MT 801, 2 way Compact Speaker System
The MT 801 compact broad dispersion 8” trapezoidal cabinet includes a vertical/horizontal mounting bracket attached to the enclosure
for easy installation.The all weather bass driver has been designed with particular
emphasis on the vocal fidelity.
The bass performance from the mica cone driver is stunning with excellent power handling. A 25mm silk dome tweeter faithfully reproduces upper harmonics and is protected by a sophisticated x-over protection network. Power handling is a conservative 75 watts RMS with high efficiency, 200w peak handeling.
The boxes versatility is enhanced by the addition of a multi tap transformer for 100/70 volt installations.
With excellent bass response and a lift in the crossover for greater vocal intelligibility, the MT 801 is ideal for distributed sound
reinforcement, paging and background music applications, the MT series provides the versatile
solution for a multiplicity of installation environments.
